Somos un grupo de familias que hemos adoptado en Mexico.
Nuestro proposito es promover y celebrar la cultura e historia de Mexico a nuestros hijos.
Todo el trabajo y organizacion de este grupo es enteramente voluntario.
Nuestro grupo no es un facilitador de Adopciones, y nunca ha sido Agente de Adopciones.

Who are we?
We are a Social Group composed of families who have adopted from Mexico and people who are intending to adopt from Mexico. Our aim is to promote and celebrate our Mexican childrens' national identity, culture, history and heritage.
All work and organization of events is done entirely on a voluntary basis. We do not facilitate adoptions from Mexico and we are not, and never have been, adoption agents.

Events & Dates
The
Institute for Mexicans Abroad invites all children around the world between 7 and 11 years old, to participate in the Children’s Drawing Contest “This is my Mexico”. The theme of the contest in 2012 is “5 de Mayo; 150th Anniversary of the Battle of Puebla”
in commemoration of the struggle that took place in 1862 when Mexico, as a country under construction, was invaded by French troops, one of the most powerful armies of that time.
